Deposit

  1. Select "Deposit" from the Account Operation section of your Personal Area.
  2. Choose the trading account you would like to fund.
  3. In the "Deposit method" field, select "Bank tempatan di Malaysia (Help2Pay)", as well as the currency.
  4. Select your bank in the "Bank name" field and enter your account number.
  5. Choose the desired deposit amount on "Credit to account" and click the "Deposit" button to continue. You will be redirected to the method webpage.
  6. Login with your Bank credentials to enter your member area.
  7. Approve the transaction by authorization code from your bank application or SMS.
  8. Wait for redirection to the Personal Area or force it by clicking "Redirect now".
  9. Deposit actions are now complete, and funds should soon be reflected in your chosen trading account.

Withdrawal

  1. Select "Withdrawal" from the Account Operation section of your Personal Area.
  2. Choose the trading account you would like to withdraw funds from.
  3. In the "Withdrawal method" field, select "Bank tempatan di Malaysia (Help2Pay)", as well as the currency.
  4. Select your bank in the "Bank name" field and enter your account number.
  5. Choose the desired withdrawal amount on "Sum to withdraw".
  6. Click the "Pin code" button to get the authorization code to your email. Fill in the code in the "PIN code" field.
  7. A transaction summary will be displayed. Click the "Withdraw" button to complete the withdrawal action.
